New Dawn Technologies, the creators of JustWare, added thirty new customers in 2009 - nine of which selected JustWare recently.
4th Judicial District Attorney, Monroe, Louisiana: selected JustWare because of the features that would help streamline their workflow and because of the quick implementation. This District Attorney's office will go live with JustWare in February.
Edmond Municipal Court, Edmond, Oklahoma: needed a solution with robust, built-in financial tools, and had the ability to interface with different agencies; JustWare was just what they were looking for. After a few online demonstrations it was clear that JustWare was the right fit.
Lamb County, Littlefield, Texas: selected JustWare based on New Dawn's excellent customer service record, included upgrades, and additional training. Lamb County's JustWare solution will included a Spillman interface to give send and receive automatic updates from local law enforcement.
Linn County District Attorney, Albany, Oregon: selected JustWare after visiting the Okanogan County Prosecutor in Okanogan, Washington. JustWare will change the way Linn County inputs new cases by guiding users through the process creating a complete case record and allowing attorney's to electronically file documents in the court system.
Payette County Prosecutors Office, Payette, Idaho: selected JustWare after receiving rave reviews from the Bingham County Prosecutor's Office in Blackfoot, Idaho. Payette County will be live with JustWare | Prosecutor by mid 2010.
Grand Junction Municipal Court, Grand Junction, Colorado: selected JustWare | Municipal Court because of the compatibility with the local law enforcement's New World solution. The Municipal Court will electronically receive and transfer case from the New World System into JustWare, this integration will save both the court personnel and the law enforcement staff hours of data entry and reduce errors.
Denver City Attorney, Denver, Colorado: selected JustWare | Prosecutor for their sixty user agency. With JustWare, the City Attorney's office will integrate with local courts, law enforcement via the JusticeBroker tool kit and with constituents via JusticeWeb, New Dawn's secure public platform.
Dekalb County State Court Probation, Dekalb, Georgia: selected JustWare to manage their growing caseload and integrate with stakeholders. Dekalb will have multiple JusticeBroker integrations with the local court's case management system and with local law enforcement's VisionAIR solution. JustWare will be utilized by the probation department for case management and the clerk's office for the tracking and disbursement of payments.
The Guam Office of the Attorney General (OAG), Hagatna, Guam: after evaluating several case management software vendors, JustWare was chosen by the Guam Attorney General’s Office. More than fifty users will utilize JustWare in the various divisions and will eventually move towards integration with the states Homeland Security Fusion Center and New World Systems law enforcement records management program. The Guam Attorney General Office joins the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands and the Kentucky Office of the Attorney General list of New Dawn attorney general customers.
