"Initially, our main needs were for case management, calendaring, document generation, and report building. JustWare has done that and much more! The users are completely thrilled with the time JustWare has saved them with document generation and its calendaring capabilities. We are now able to retrieve information from our computer without stopping what we are doing to locate a particular file. Also, we are now able to scan outside documents and store them in our JustWare files. The attorneys are able to review the entire file right on the database."Shelly DaMato

In January 2002, all records and data retrieval for the Nez Perce County Prosecutor’s Office was tracked manually by support staff. The office mainly needed case management, calendaring, document generation and report and statistical generation. None of the other companies evaluated were able to provide them with a product that would fulfill these basic needs. Dan Spickler, the elected prosecutor, reviewed virtually all of the available databases on the market.
After discussions with several companies, Nez Perce County Prosecutor’s office selected JustWare. They liked that JustWare was accessible to a small office, but that it also had growth potential. The system was easily installed and is maintained on the county server and network. It was deemed technically compliant with future technology implementations contemplated by the County IT Department—including wireless access to the database within the courtroom for hearings and trials.
The consensus in the office is that JustWare has fulfilled all their needs: case management, calendaring, document generation, report building, and much more. The users have been completely thrilled with the time JustWare has saved them with its document generation and calendaring capabilities.
The multi-tasking ability of JustWare has allowed Nez Perce staff members to access information from the system without the need to stop what they are doing to locate the file when questions arise on a particular case.
Nez Perce is using the capability of the JustWare Virtual Filing Cabinet to scan outside documents and store them in their JustWare case folders. The attorneys are able to review the entire file right on the database.
