"It has been a really easy step into JustWare. We had a lot of good support and had a database that we converted. I was really nervous about conversion because you can't imagine how something that you are so familiar with is going to look like in something that you are unfamiliar with...and it went really well. New Dawn worked really hard to make the conversion look as good as possible and any issues that we had were addressed immediately, and that goes for basically any support issue."Ginger Schroer

Missouri Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel installs a case management system to automate their documents. All licensed Missouri attorneys’ information is transferred from the Missouri Bar Licensing agency into the JustWare database using a JusticeBroker interface.
The Office of the Chief Disciplinary Counsel (OCDC) in Jefferson City, Missouri was seeking a case management system to automate their processes. They needed a system that could handle all of their incoming data and transfer their current data.
The JustWare solution suite was chosen as OCDC’s case management system because of its ability to automate their documents. A JusticeBroker interface extracts information from a database operated by the Missouri Bar licensing agency for all Missouri attorneys. This interface was implemented to reduce the number of redundant data entries required by the staff at OCDC. “[The support staff] at New Dawn worked really hard to make the conversion look as good as possible,” said Ginger Schroer, database administrator. “Any issues we had were addressed immediately. It’s been a really easy step into JustWare.”
The JusticeBroker interface runs twice a day, during lunch and after working hours. The interface then enters all the update licensing information into JustWare allowing the Office of Chief Disciplinary Counsel employees to simply search for a particular attorney to file a compliant. Staff is no longer required to enter all the redundant attorney information. “Everything looks great and it saves us so much time on input,” states Ginger. “[JustWare] works really well. I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
