Okanogan County Prosecutors Office selected and implemented JustWare | Prosecutor after an exhaustive industry search. JusticeWebview is used to provide remote web access to staff and law enforcement staff.Challenge
Karl Sloan, the Okanogan County Prosecutor, and his staff sought a case management application that would improve the efficiency of their office. After a thorough evaluation process, they selected JustWare and JusticeWebview to meet their automation goals.
Solution
JustWare is a complete case management and workflow solution designed for prosecuting attorneys. The application tracks all essential name and case information for every individual involved in a case or civil matter; including victims, officers, plaintiff's, parties and attorneys. The ad hoc reporting capability within JustWare allows users to create custom reports and statistical information unique to each agency.
Okanogan County implemented JusticeWebview to provide better access to case information for victims, witnesses, and law enforcement personnel.
JusticeWebview provides view only access to certain data elements within JustWare via a secure web browser connection. Notification of court appearances, charges filed, and case status can all be accessed with the appropriate user name and password.
Result
Okanogan County Prosecutors now automates many of their documents and reports.
