The Tennessee Attorney General’s Council selected JustWare | Prosecutor in 2005 for Attorney Generals state-wide, excluding four large metropolitan districts, one of which was the Thirtieth District, located in Memphis, Tennessee. The Thirtieth District Attorney General’s Office, however, was not satisfied with their inadequate legacy case management software and, after reviewing possitive feedback from other Tennessee offices, they decided that JustWare was powerful enough to support their more substantial case load and larger employee base.

Challenge

The Thirtieth District Attorney General’s Office’s previous case management solution was primarily an indictment software program, and the Office required a more comprehensive system that could track a case from arrest through disposition. Additionally, the agency needed a solution that included ad-hoc reporting and document automation.

A group of key individuals began the search for a new case management system.

Solution

New Dawn Technologies made the transition to JustWare seamless by performing a data conversion that transferred historical case information into JustWare’s robust database, making it available to JustWare’s many features.
