The City of Greenfield Municipal Court in Greenfield, Wisconsin, needed a municipal court case software solutions that would improve process efficiency and help the court achieve its automation goals. Greenfield selected JustWare | Municipal Court as its new case management solution.
"The Greenfield Municipal Court was in need of a more efficient court software package,” said Carol Edmonds, Court Administrator for the City of Greenfield. “We needed something that would enable the Court to implement procedures that would improve efficiency in the court process.” Greenfield was looking for a solution that would not only increase efficiency in the day-to-day tasks of the court but also accommodate the court’s short and long-term automation goals.
Greenfield’s evaluation process included online demonstrations of JustWare and an onsite visit to the Columbia Municipal Court in Columbia, Missouri. “We did an online product demonstration that was very impressive, but our Court wanted to view JustWare working in an existing court,” explained Edmonds. “New Dawn Technologies was very accommodating and scheduled onsite visit [to Columbia Municipal Court].”
After seeing it in action, Edmonds explained that Greenfield selected JustWare | Municipal Court as their new municipal court software based on superior performance in several areas:

The implementation of the JustWare municipal court software solution in the Greenfield Municipal Court will have a great overall effect beyond the specific case management solutions provided. “We believe the flexibility of JustWare will assist our Court in improving workflow. These workflows will lead to procedures that are more efficient and produce cost savings,” said Edmonds. Looking forward, Greenfield Municipal Court will team up with New Dawn technicians to develop a data exchange using JusticeBroker, New Dawn’s integration tool, to connect the municipal court with other departments at the State of Wisconsin offices.
